Cellar Lead Technician
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Cellar Lead Technician in Lodi, CA. Full time, direct hire, pay $20/HR - $27/HR.
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, focus driven and flexibility to a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Execute all cellar tasks with the team, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning in place (CIP)
- Sediment disposal
- Oxygen purging and more.
- Verify that all cellar equipment (valves, hoses, pumps, flowmeters) is clean and appropriate for each task.
- Identify problems and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Technical Services to achieve operational goals within set timelines.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of inventory and daily cellar activities.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and effective process execution.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Microsoft Teams, and equipment control programs.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
